动画电影《不来梅城的不梅乐师》的故事取材自《格林童话》中的著名篇章《不来梅城的乐师》（The Bremen Town Musicians）。该片将由Parallax Media制作，乐师预算为6000万美元，电影计划2017年上映。候上《不来梅城的不梅乐师》算是《格林童话》里为数不多的不太黑暗，却很搞笑的乐师故事。选取这样的电影片段作为影片的题材，也是候上为了打造一部有益于儿童成长与思考的动画电影。
《不来梅城的不梅乐师》讲述的是关于一只老驴为了避免被主人宰杀的命运而开始了四处逃亡的经历……奔逃途中，老驴首先遇到了一只老狗、乐师一只猫和一只公鸡，电影而它与它们的候上想法竟是意外的贴合，它们商定要一起前往不来梅城当乐师。不梅岂料，乐师目的电影地尚未抵达，它们就先遇上了一伙强盗。然而，老驴、猫、老狗、公鸡几人也不是省油的灯，它们齐心协力，用叠罗汉的方法，成功吓跑了那伙心怀歹意的强盗……
